Distribution of Heroin investigation; Public help needed

The Lancaster County Drug Task Force (LCDTF) conducted an investigation into Arsenio Gates for distribution of  Heroin. On Friday, May 12 2017, members of the LCDTF received information that Gates was traveling to Lancaster City from Philadelphia and with a quaintly of Heroin.  LCDTF Detectives approached Gates as he exited train at the Lancaster City Amtrak Train Station.  After a brief conversation, LCDTF detectives searched Gates’s bag.  During the search Detectives located a quantity of marijuana.

As Detectives were placing Gates under arrest, Gates fled on foot.  During the foot pursuit, Gates was observed throwing a bag containing 210 bags of Heroin onto the ground.  Gates was last seen in the area of 300 blk of Reynolds Ave, Lancaster City. Gates has been charged with (2) Counts of Possession With Intent to Deliver and (1) Count Resisting Arrest. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
