OCCURRED 4/7/2017 1530 HRS

Mike Angel Gonzalez, 24, of the 500 block North 11th Street, Reading PA did enter the listed location on the above date and time.  While in the listed location Gonzalez was observed by a store employee removing security tags and concealing a Blue Ray DVD movie, T-shirt and a pink IPhone case inside a plastic bag. Gonzalez was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

OCCURRED 4/7/2017 1509 HRS

Mike Angel Gonzalez, 24, of the 500 block North 11th Street, Reading PA was stopped for a Retail Theft at FYE Store and was found to have previously been at the listed location and had concealed several boxes of makeup in a plastic bag and had pass all points of sale without offering payment for the merchandise.

OCCURRED 4/7/2017 2129 HRS

Reporting person / victim stated while stopped to allow an ambulance to pass the driver of the vehicle behind him, a blue, Hyundai Veloster with unknown MD license plates, began to honk his horn.  The vehicle then began to follow the RP. The driver pulled up beside the RP and held up a handgun, but did not point it at the RP.  The suspect continued to follow the RP for several blocks.

Jacque Lee George Jr, 24, of the 100 block North Plum Street, Lancaster PA  was observed taking a burrito, Tasty Cake and Little Debbie cakes and place them into his pockets.  George was charged with Retail Theft.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time a Black, male approximately 60 years of age made threats to beat him up.

Reporting person / victim stated that sometime between the above listed dates and time an unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s shed and stole a gray trash barrel, a red wheel barrow and 2 pair of sound reducing ear muffs.

Sometime between the above listed dates and times unknown suspect(s) stole a 20 inch boy’s  BMX bicycle off the porch of a residence at the listed location.

1135 PARK CITY CENTER / KOHLS DEPTMENT STORE

OCCURRED 4/9/2017 2033 HRS

Sydney Paige Achtzehn, 20, of the 600 block Marlow Drive, York PA selected a bra, a pair of short and sweat pants and did conceal them in her purse exited the location without paying for said merchandise.  Achtzehn was stopped, arrested and charged with Retail Theft.
