On 14 February 2017 (Tues.) at approximately 1422 hrs. the Lancaster Bureau of Police Selective Enforcement Unit (SEU) assisted by a Street Operations Group (SOG) detail, conducted a vehicle stop on a red Ford Escape in the 200 blk. of E. Filbert St. for a series of traffic violations. Officers contacted the driver, Charissa Carman, who was found to be wanted on an outstanding narcotics warrant through Manheim Township Police Department.
Carman was arrested and search incident to arrest officers located the aforementioned evidence on her person. The money was seized as an asset seizure. Carman was charged with the enumerated offenses by Officer Michael Hyson before DJ Witkonis. Carman was transported to the Lancaster County Prison for arraignment.
