Sometime between the above listed dates and times an unknown suspect had taken the package which had been delivered by UPS from the victim’s residence.

Reporting person stated that sometime between the above listed date and times an unknown suspect entered his vehicle which was parked at the listed location and took his cell phone.
300 BLK PEARL ST
OCCURRED 02/11/2017 1525 HRS
Officers responded to a drug complaint call and found Kane M Kendig, 28, homeless seated in his vehicle with blue waxed paper packets and a hypodermic needle in plain view in his vehicle. A search to the incident found Kendig to be in possession of several packets of heroin in his shirt pocket. Kendig was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

OCCURRED 2/10/2017 BETWEEN 2035 HRS AND 2049 HRS
Officers stopped Narea Marie Corley, 26, of the 800 block N Prince Street Lancaster PA as she matched the description of a suspect of a retail theft. Corley was identified as the suspect who took possession of 8 suitcases various items of clothing from the Salvation Army Thrift Store. At the time of arrest Corley became aggressive. Corley was charged with Retail Theft and Robbery.

Reporting person stated that she was in the listed location making a purchase of a lottery ticket and had her cell phone at that time. After she scratched off the ticket she in the store she was unable to locate her cell phone.
1135 PARK CITY CENTER / KOHLS DEPARTMENT STORE
OCCURRED 2/11/2017 1457 HRS
Brianna Ashley Durante, 20, of the first block South Duke Street, Millersville PA was observed cosmetics. Durante exited the location and was stopped by loss prevention. The merchandise was found in her purse. Durante was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Reporting person stated that sometime between the above listed date and time and unknown suspect entered her room at the listed location and took her wallet and its contents.
600 PARK CITY CENTER / BON TON DEPARTMENT STORE
OCCURRED 2/11/2017 1924 HRS
Reporting person stated that they had observed Anne Hess, 18, of the 300 block East 28th Division Hwy, Lititz PA select several items of clothing and enter the fitting room. Hess was observed leaving the fitting room with no items. Reporting person checked the fitting room and did not find the merchandise. Hess exited the store passing all points of sale and did not pay for the items. Hess was stopped outside the location, the merchandise was found in her purse. Hess was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Reporting person / victim stated that he was in the pavilion at the listed location when he was approached from behind by several unknown suspects. The suspect physically assaulted him taking his wallet and its contents. The suspects caused injury to the victim’s facial area.

Casey Buch, 36, of the 900 block North Shippen Street, Lancaster PA was stopped for Public Drunkenness. Buch was also found to be in possession of a 4 Oxycodone pills. Buch was arrested and charged with Public Drunkenness and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
870 MANOR STREET / TURKEY HILL
OCCURRED 2/12/2017 0610 HRS
An unknown white, male, 20-30 years of age, approximately 5’5”, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with the hood over his head and black zip up jacket over the sweatshirt with a logo over the left chest area, blue jeans and black sneakers. The suspect was also wearing a black face mask that covered the lower half of his face and a blue latex style glove over his right hand. The suspect approached the cashier and demanded that they give him all the money. The cashier stated that the suspect had what appeared to be a hand gun and they complied with his demands. The suspect then fled the location in an unknown direction.

Two juveniles were cited with Retail Theft(s) after both suspects concealed various makeup items on their person and walked passed all points of sale without paying for the items. Both suspects exited the store where they were stopped by store employees.
