Ambulance 189-1 arrived and reported several subjects injured, and confirmed entrapment. 189-1 also requested the dispatch of a “medical box” which would bring several more EMS units from Chester and Lancaster Counties to the scene.

At completion of the incident, a total of 8 persons were transported to two local trauma centers, and the left over EMS units were released so that the area was covered in case of any other emergencies.
