Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan announced the arrest of Daniel John Milowicki for more charges, including rape, aggravated indecent assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and related offenses. The defendant was self-employed as a DJ for weddings, parties, children’s birthday parties, school dances, bars, and other events. The defendant also has pending charges for a similar assault on a different victim, possession of child pornography, and drug offenses. District Attorney Hogan stated, “This defendant was very calculating when he targeted his victims. His predatory behavior coupled with how he presented himself as a DJ and photographer allowed him to target vulnerable young women. These most recent charges came to light because the victim saw the news about the defendant’s first arrest and found the strength to come forward to police.” The defendant is 28 years old. He resides at 833 East Sage Road, West Chester, Pennsylvania, and 2205 Cranberry Lane, West Bradford Township, Coatesville, Pennsylvania. The allegations from the criminal complaint are as follows:1 1 A criminal defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. The defendant in this case sexually assaulted a woman he met on the internet under the false pretense of a modeling job and photo shoot. The defendant lured the victim to a location where he could get her alone. The defendant video recorded the victim performing sex acts on him against her will. This assault took place on September 4, 2014. The victim reported these crimes to the Pennsylvania State Police. The defendant previously was arrested on April 7, 2015 and charged with over 300 felony counts, including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, possession of child pornography, and drug delivery. The defendant’s bail on these current charges is $250,000 unsecured with electronic home confinement. The defendant is currently in Chester County Prison pending electronic home confinement. District Attorney Hogan added, “Our initial fears that there might be more victims of this defendant have been realized. Law enforcement remains concerned that there are more people who have been assaulted by this defendant. We encourage anyone with information to come forward and to contact the police. We are not going to stop investigating until justice is done for the victims and to the defendant.” This case is being investigated by the Pennsylvania State Police. Anyone with further information should contact Trooper Lori Edgar at 610-486-6280. This case will be prosecuted by the Chester County District Attorney’s Office.
